Our warranty is pretty basic, we warranty the engines in our mini excavators for 30 days. If it breaks while you were using it and its not due to abuse we will repair or if we decide, replace the engine. Repairs are to take place at the Nwtractors office unless Nwtractors decides otherwise.
Is you are remote, most likely you will get it repaired where you are at and we will pay the bill.
This warranty is almost identical to what Honda offers on brand new dirt bikes and something that you won't find at any other used equipment dealer. We are proud of what we sell and it shows.
Years ago buying a grey market piece of equipment might have been risky when it came to obtaining replacement/repair parts but with the internet and overnight shipping these worries are a thing of the past. Besides a parts department that stocks hundreds of filters (air,oil,fuel) for only $10 each, we also stock spare rebuilt 3 cyl. engines for $1500 each and offer next day service on most any electrical component (starters, alternators, voltage regulators, switches) for any thing that we sell. If we can't repair it, we will find you someone that can. Ship us your electrical and we fix and return as fast as anybody in the industry.
